Long Beach Craft Cocktails
Displaying the class and attention to detail of an era gone by, the Exhibition Room was created to speak to a history of crafted experiences, a place 'outside of time'.
With an exquisitely curated spirits list, obsessively crafted cocktails, specially selected music & entertainment, bartenders and decor committed to a classic, classy environment you can easily choose the Exhibition Room as a destination to allow or inspire conversation.
To maintain the highest level of service the entryway is camouflaged and a Reservation is needed to come in. Anyone can make an RSVP, the Exhibition Room is hidden not as an exclusionary elitist tactic, but to control the quality of experience for everyone inside. Also, there is a dress code, basically: 'Dress to impress'.
When you want a moment to remember and are willing to plan for it, we are here. Bring a thirst and someone to share it with.

Business casual attire is required, no flash photography, parties larger than 8 prohibited due to limited seating. Please arrive on time or your party will be canceled after 10 minutes unless a late notice is given.
OUR BOOKING POLICY
When open to the public, we can accommodate parties up to 6 people. We may not allow anyone beyond your original request, so if you plan on adding more people, they will have to request to be added to the guest list prior to your given reservation time. We CANNOT make reservations through our email. Please visit the reservations page for updated policies.

DRESS CODE
To maintain our ambiance, proper attire is required to enter The Exhibition Room. Upscale attire is required. Business casual at a minimum, please. Gentlemen, collared shirts are a must. Ladies and Gentlemen, jeans are acceptable, but denim jackets are not allowed. Distressed denim is prohibited. (No Flip Flops, No Shorts, No T-Shirts, No Sports Attire, No Ball Caps, No Ripped Jeans)
